These are the rules for using amberbird.ai. We've written them in plain English. The TL;DR sits right at the top; the longer detail is the legally binding version.

Documents and case data you upload remain yours. We just store and process them for you.
No phone trees, no retention clauses. One click from Settings.
By creating an account or using amberbird.ai, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have authority to bind that organization.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at security@amberbird.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. One account per person — accounts aren't transferable.
Use amberbird.ai for its intended purpose: navigating your own immigration journey, or supporting employees on your team. Don't:
Using this service does not create an attorney–client relationship. For advice on your specific case, we will connect you with a licensed immigration attorney. See the full disclaimer for detail.
You own the documents and case data you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your case content to train shared AI models. When you delete your account, your content is permanently removed within 30 days.
The Free plan is free, forever. Paid plans (Basic, Premium, and employer tiers) are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe. Fees are listed on the pricing page. Taxes are added where required. We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.
You can cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid features until then. We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time paid subscribers. Request it from hello@amberbird.ai and we'll honor it, no questions asked.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular immigration outcome. Information may become outdated as government policy changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amberbird.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware or through binding arbitration where permitted.
